You are EXACTLY correct, i experienced something similar to this a few times now? I’ve not only gotten my Masters degree in Human Resource Management but I’m currently in a Doctoral program for industry and organizational psychology to spearhead HR and leadership training for organizations.

1) I have no intention of climbing that ladder. I just wanna do my job and get paid to do it well. 2) Learn to document everything. Check to see if you are in a 1-party recording consent state. And then record every meeting. 3) Write emails to your own personal email every time they diseapct you explaining what happened with who, when and how. We don't sue enough. Get really comfy with getting a lawyer
