@raheltheamazon: LADDER WALL for CONTROLLED & strict TOES-TO-BAR 💪🏼😎 If you’ve been following me for a while, this workout should come as no surprise - it’s only to help you get stronger! 🤸🏻‍♀️It’s a well known GYMNASTICS method to get kids in alignment and controlling their leg raises and toes-to-bar. In CALISTHENICS you don’t need to be super flexible but you do want to be strong, so we focus on the outcome more than the perfection of the journey. ❓WHY LADDER WALL? Having support behind your back acts as a chest opener, allowing you to stretch your lats and pectoral muscles while also strengthening them through a greater ROM. Having a support also teaches you to not swing your body, ultimately resulting in a stronger you! ✅ REPS & SETS - Generally, strength goals for lats and core would have you doing 7-10 reps per set. If your goal is to be able to do PULLOVERS and SKIN-THE-CAT then you can stick to 5 rep sets to have the core and hip compression needed for those skills. 🔥NEW EXERCISE - Banded Leg Raises to make the lifts even harder! Now this one is really going to challenge your hips, core and straight leg strength.
