I've had hairloss in my temples for years but also hair's gotten thinner, drier and little bit curly after I hit 30 (now I'm 44). Last fall I had also telogen effluvium for 3 months and I lost like half of my hair. Ferritin is low so might because of that. My hair is fine and quite thin but I've had lots of hair in my head (except in the front and crown area). I've taken pumpkin seed oil for about a year but honestly i see no benefits, I still keep taking it though. Also tried saw palmetto for over 6 months but again no benefits so I quit that. I do scalp oiling once a week and never style or do anything to my hair, I don't even own a hair drier. I wash my hair 1-2 per week, it doesn't get that greasy. I know I should wash it more but it's such a struggle 😅 i'm suspecting it's just reality that my hair is aging and not much I can do about that...🤷♀️
