I know it looks like we I still have a lot of hair, but I had WAY more in my 20s and my brush is constantly full of hair. have PCOS (and I take an androgen blocker daily, Spironolactone). I also take a multivitamin. I tried nutrafol for 6 months, nothing. collagen, nothing. I'm 2 years into taking a vitamin and I'm only now noticing a slight difference. Thank you for your tips I'll be starting a whole routine.

plz help me lots my hair strands become coarse and have a weird texture from roots to ends suddenly (my hair is thick , normally wavy and soft , and I have a dry scalp and ends ) and my scalp became itchy and mostly irritated out of nowhere, what should I do ?
