dental gal here - perfect routine and perfect looking teeth/gums but please if you do anything…either don’t mouthwash at all or make it first step in your routine! 🤞🏼🤞🏼 doing it last essentially washes away all the fluoride and your just undoing all your good work!

I got told-1-brush with a soft toothbrush, gently away from the gum. 2-Then use a water flosser gently. 3Then use a quality floss thread. 4-Use a quality mouth wash. 5-Night guard in for bedtime. I’m obsess with this routine. My teeth are stunning and weren’t cheap. It’s an investment✨

perfect routine, 🔥 sometimes mouthwash mixed with water in water floss. if gums after some hard food is sensitive, just some salt in water floss 🤗

You can actually add your mouth wash with water into your water flosser when using it saves you doing the mouthwash as the last step
