1. Greystar is it largest property management company in the world they have two different sides owned asset and third-party with third-party is fee managed and the client owns it. Every property is not gonna be the same so I really would love for people to stop putting all Greystar properties in one category. This is coming from somebody who’s worked at four different apartment companies and has been in the game for 11 years… 2. Yelling will get you nowhere. I understand your frustration but coming at me correctly will get you your solution unless they just suck and all you have to do is just go to Google and look up the corporate number and find it. 3. You wouldn’t want nobody coming at your job coming at you that way, especially when you’re already in a stressful job. 4. Managing a community is not for the weak. Being a property manager is literally like having 15 jobs in one. 5. I don’t know the circumstances behind what’s going on and I’m pretty sure you have a valid reason for popping off but I promise you all you have to do is go to Google. Look up the corporate number and it’s gonna be there. Or even submit a survey through corporate website and that goes to the higher-ups.

As someone who works in PM when you email/call corp they literally email the onsite team and the regional so its best to email Regional that she probably trying to provide

i lived here and had to sue greystar for my security deposit back. and i’m currently filing a lawsuit for another property they own that owes me my application fees back. greystar is infamous for poor business practices
