Girl you have to give hydration. I’ve been through a lot of urinary issues with my cats. It sucks so so bad. Wet food add water, camera over the litter box, make sure he goes twice a day. Usually some play time will encourage him to pee if he’s holding it. Strict routine and enrichment is key ! I’m so sorry you’re going through this
