If you own the land I could see mobile or modular home. Investment groups are buying up mobile home parks and where my Sis lives they raised the lot rent to $1,200 a month plus they now have to pay for water and this is a 55 plus park.

i keep up with your page a lot, love the idea of the turnkey package deals! my question to you is have you ever thought to do this with campers? same concept just little difference in land prep, if you’ve ever thought of this maybe you have a better idea of what could go wrong would love to know i don’t have any experience!

we had ours custom made,best of everything ceiling fans in every room,insulation etc put it on our land and we love it. we keep looking gr8 with good landscaping also..mortgage is still cheaper that renting.
