as a carnivore myself when you said you don't do well on salt I was wondering what you season your steak with? I've heard many content creators recommend heavy salting of food to get your electrolytes. what would you recommend instead of using salt?

I appreciate the info, but I miss taste so much after a year in. I can’t afford beef. And the taste of just meat is so bland and tasteless. So I added back seasoning. I an struggling with symptom return, butI can’t stay on this diet with no taste. It’s a struggle.

I left cheese 3 years ago and all dairy but butter half a years. Yes, farmed seafood equals processed. Wild caught doesn't eeally exist.
