The showers are also salt water which made the room smell and my hair/skin feel so dry!

For anyone reading this.. i couldn’t disagree more with this review 🥲 we had the best time last September! Wish we had gone for longer, staff were lovely, food choices were extensive (my husband is so fussy!) we never struggled for sunbeds, amazing weather, location was amazing in Cala Egos - entertainment was meh but you’re in walking distance of shops and bars and other beaches & then a taxi drive from Cala D’or which is so so cute with so much food and activity choice!! Xxx

We got back from here last weekend and disagree completely about the food, it was brilliant. We got a sunbed every day and the bars were great and the staff were friendly. My only issue was the hotel carpets they need replacing. No issues with the rooms either.

We returned from here last week and your review is spot on. Walking from building 2 was very frustrating, corridors to rooms are so tired. Bathroom smell was 🤢

Stayed here with my husband last September and have to agree 100% with everything in the video, we didn’t get a sunbed any of the days we stayed for the week we had to wait until 4pm every evening and the food is very poor. The breakfast and dinner every evening was so busy we sometimes had no seats to sit down 😩

The beds are sooo hard and the water in the shower is salt water which is really annoying. The Italian restaurant in the hotel is poor and they don’t let you know that it’s a €40 set fee just for a main and a help yourself buffet starter which was horrible

Oh we really liked it, but then we were in the building with the bar and the food was a bit same-y after a bit so we did eat out a couple of nights, and we went in May couple of weeks ago could always get sun beds

We stayed in the same building and it felt so run down, the corridors had all stained carpets. Sun beds if you wasn’t up at 7 you wasn’t getting one! We enjoyed the food apart from the dinners they where all vile we ate out every night 😂 the sunbeds are also SO close together.

Completely agree - we went a few years ago in August and the sunbed wars were unreal. If you weren’t up between 5:30-6am, there was no chance of a bed. Completely ruins it! Entertainment was absolute crap and the food was bog standard. Defo wouldn’t go back!

Stayed here 8 times and we’re back on Sunday so got to say I love the hotel and the staff. However, you are right that building 2 isn’t as convenient as building 1, you need to be up early to get a decent sunbed but I don’t mind that, food is probably around 3.5/4 star. Plenty choice but not if you’ve allergies or are a picky eater. I think they’ve brought the building, rooms and poolside up to a good standard and they’re still improving it. Any failings are made up for by the location, the staff and the overall vibe.

Hey do you mind me asking what allergies you have ? I was about to book this hotel but I have a severe peanut and tree nut allergy so quite concerned now? Sorry to hear your experience was bad :( x
