i record the full transcript for every meeting and plug it into a claude project. later i can just ask any question about any meeting and get full detail/context/attribution. combined with email and slack mcps i don’t need to remember or organize anything ever.

I often get invited to meetings just to make sure no one does anything dumb. I'm usually working while also half listening until I hear some keyword that makes me then actually pay attention to what someone is saying.

like talking and eating food at the same time, I can't have a conversation in a meeting and take notes without one of those things suffering. I hate a lot of ai stuff, but damn has this made work easier.
