No water, no electricity, and you don’t even know if the land is zoned for a development to put any of those things in. Probably not that’s why I’ve landed so cheap.

Taxes are high. I was paying 650 a year in ga for 62 acres that was rawr land built a house barn garage on and was only 650 for 62 acres
