Youre assuming that when the Quran calls Mary the daughter of Imran it means she was literally the daughter of the same Imran who was the father of Moses Aaron and Miriam But the Quran never actually says that The same goes for calling her the sister of Aaron That doesnt automatically mean she was his literal biological sister People could be described through their family lineage or association with earlier righteous people And theres actually a Hadith where Christians questioned this exact issue(Sahih Muslim 2135) because Mary lived long after Moses and Aaron The Prophet explained that people used to name people after earlier prophets and righteous people

In ancient Semitic languages, whenever someone is called the sibling of someone who is isn’t actually their sibling, it means they come from the same lineage. Mary was the descendant of Aaron so that’s why it calls her his sister. In the time of the prophet people were in tribes and were referred to like this. For example, someone from the Al-Tamimi tribe would be called brother or sister of Al-Tamim.
