This Miso Chicken & Mushroom Bone Broth Rice is my go-to!! Full recipe below ⬇️ Miso & Ginger Brothy Rice Ingredients Chicken - 1 chicken breast or 2 thighs - Chicken marinade: 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp honey, 1/2 tsp sesame oil, 1 grated garlic clove, 1 tsp grated ginger, black pepper Rice - 1/2 cup jasmine rice - 1 cup water - pinch salt - 1/2 tsp grated ginger - 1/2 tsp grated garlic Broth - 1 tsp sesame oil - 1/2 tsp grated ginger - 1/2 tsp grated garlic - 1 cups of water - 2 tsp miso bone broth - 1 tsp soy sauce - 1/2 tsp rice wine vinegar - Squeeze of lime juice to finish Top with crispy chilli oil Method 1. Marinate chicken and leave for at least 15 min 2. Whilst chicken marinates, cook your ginger rice 3. Whilst rice cooks, cook your chicken in airfryer 10-14 min flipping halfway through 4. Make the broth: heat sesame oil in pan, add ginger and garlic and cook until fragrant. 5. Add water and bone broth and let simmer gently for 5-7 minutes (add splash of soy sauce and squeeze of lime) 6. Add rice to a bowl, spoon over the broth and top with chicken, extra spring onions or chives and crispy chilli oil. Enjoy!
