ultimately this can't be enforced and the guidance acknowledges this. Trans people can in all practical purposes still continue to use the spaces they're most comfortable with

Well it seems it’s spelled out the ruling breaks Goodwin v UK so I’m assuming the next part of the saga will be it all going back to the European court who’s probably going to the rule the UK and the EQ act out of compliance. Dunno what happens from there but either way buissness is gonna get sued and still don’t have any actual protection
