You’re doing it so clean girlish it’s supposed to be messier. Do a ton of tight lining and smudge it on your lash line and under the eyes. the lip liner was gorgeous but you used so little. It should be sharper. another thing that can help is using something to make your complexion look more pale/grey like a tone up cream or lighter foundation paired with grey contour(yours is warm).

I feel like it’s missing tightlining on the upper and lower waterlines. Your inspo pics are a bit softer so I’d go for a brown rather than a black bc I think that would be too harsh and I think you could go a smidge deeper with the eyeshadow but that’s totally up to you. Otherwise I feel like you really nailed it!

it feels off because your complexion is warm toned and this is a cool makeup look. You would eat a look with warm colors. This kind of color palette won’t really show on your skin.
