For my PCOS ppl: calorie deficits are important in losing body fat, but for those of us who have metabolic disorders we have to get our hormones in check before we can do a proper deficit, otherwise the deficit won't help at all. A lot of our weight gain is due to hormonal imbalances, water retention, and inflammation. But don't be discouraged, it is doable! - PCOS girl down 30lbs

sorry but You're not telling a truth, not all of truth. If someone is HEALTHY will Always lose a weight with calories deficyt, but: there are MANY conditions when someone is doing "everything good" and can't lose weight. Problem with hormons can really mess up with losing weight

Probably not the healthiest way to lose weight but I once actually ate 600-1000 calories per day and ran/walked 2/4 miles a day for 6 weeks and lost 65 pounds.
