@thestomachdoc: From a gastroenterologist: If your stomach feels tight, swollen, or “pregnant” after eating… your gut may not tolerate certain fermentable carbohydrates called FODMAPs. These carbs can rapidly ferment in the intestines, pulling in water and creating excess gas — especially in people with IBS or sensitive digestion. Low FODMAP vegetables are easier to digest, produce less fermentation, and may help reduce bloating, pressure, cramping, and gas without cutting out fiber completely. Your gut doesn’t always need less food… sometimes it needs the right foods. vegetables no bloat, anti bloat foods, bloat free veggies, best vegetables digestion, low bloat diet, easy digest veggies, reduce bloating fast, healthy gut foods, no gas vegetables, stomach friendly veggies, bloating relief tips, gut health diet, best diet veggies, low fodmap vegetables, digestive health tips, avoid bloating foods, flat stomach diet, clean eating veggies, healthy eating tips, gut #healthyrecipes #healthyfood #bloatingrelief #ibs

Or how about we normalise people getting their gut healed so they don’t bloat in the first place. We should be encouraging checking for sibo, yeast overgrowth, leaky gut, h.pylori, autoimmune diseases etc, before we even think about removing certain foods from the diet

I find that when add avocado to my salad I have no problems digestion my salads/vegetables. I learnt that avocado has an enzyme that helps breakdown veggies.

I can handle about 75% from your list. I also found that roasting the veggies or putting them in a soup works best for me. Otherwise it feels like my gut is in turmoil! On days that I want to eat lite, fresh romaine lettuce from my local veggie stand is great with olive oil, grated Parmesan and oregano. Thank you for the tip 👍🏻😊✨
