Technical notes for the ultra nutrient nerds: I assumed equal amounts of mango, strawberry, papaya and pineapple by weight. I accounted for the vitamins in the Sparkling Ice manually. And the sugar-free peach syrup contains no calories and no nutrients, so I just ignored it in the nutritional analysis (although, I bet it adds a great flavor!) Frozen fruit in practice have more nutrients than fresh considering that what most of us buy as fresh had been stored for days in subpar conditions. Frozen fruits are packed right after picking and freezing preserves it well

I have allergies to most fresh fruits so I can mostly only have them frozen, some I cant even have frozen, but if it wasnt for frozen fruit wouldnt have any fruits, other then oranges

As someone who made smoothies every single day for a good while, just coming with some tips no one asked for but might be useful! Banana, strawberry and pineapple makes it sweet, mango in large quantities have made it a bit stingy (in my experience) raspberries and cherries makes it slightly sour, blueberries are more powerful than you think, apple juice base makes it sweet and orange juice makes it more on the sour side, I like to add chia seeds for extra nutrition, my fav combo is, apple juice, a whole banana, 5-7 mid sized strawberries, a bit of wild bluberries, a handful pineapple bits and 4 ish cubes of mango all frozen except banana
