i love how caring this doctor sounded. it is CRAZY to think of an ER doctor talking someone through box breathing 😂 but i love to hear it. other docs should use that doc as an example 👏

Maybe you would have if that was the physician that you got while in that situation. I think that every doctor is different and I think that that guy lucked out.

wow...never heard of that!! Last time the doc walked me out of the room through the back way saying" come on, come on," (like a dog or something) I was limping in pain and he was like "its anxiety" You are right...he talked bad about the anxiety :(
