Bright lemon, feta, fresh herbs, juicy tomatoes… pasta salad perfection! 🛒 You’ll need: * 12 oz pasta * 1/2 cup good olive oil * juice of 1 large lemon * zest of 1 lemon * 2 cloves garlic, minced * 1 tsp dried oregano * 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes * 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped * 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped * 4 oz feta crumbles * 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved * flaky salt + black pepper 🤌🏼 How to: 1. Boil the pasta in heavily salted water until al dente. Rinse so it cools slightly. 2. Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. 3. Add the warm pasta and toss so it soaks up all the flavor. 4. Fold in the cherry tomatoes, dill, parsley, and feta. 5.
