I’ve never had any rice in a pan turn out. It gets stuck to bottom and burns my pan no matter what I do. I switched over to a rice maker because I gave up. What’s the secret? I have the same stainless steel pan.

You can cook rice with broth instead of water for flavor as well, or add seasonings to the water to help change the way your rice tastes to help keep it fresh.

My rice maker is 1.5 cups of water of Chicken broth to 1 cup of jasmine rice if I do 2 cups is so mushy.

For even better rice after cooking cover the pan with a towel then put the lid on and let it steam for another 20 mins, THEN fluff with a fork 😍👌🏼
