@photogsteve81: WRONG WAY DRIVER caused this. May 21st at about 2:41 units began being dispatched to a multi car collision EB HWY18 just WO 231st. Once on initial crews realized this was a serious collision and began requesting additional resources including King County Medics and eventually airlift. At least 3 were transported in serious condition to HMC. Avoid the area for hours to come. These types of serious collisions happen out of nowhere to anyone.
