@hrnaeatz: #TalentiPartner Recipe ⤵️ Turning my favorite pan dulce into super easy and delicious orejas gelato sandwiches with @Talenti Gelato sea salt caramel gelato 🍨 Which Talenti flavor would you add to this recipe? Ingredients: pint of Talenti sea salt caramel gelato 2 sheets puff pastry Cinnamon sugar (1 c white sugar + 1 tbsp cinnamon) 1 c dark chocolate chips 1 tbsp neutral oil Directions: Cover your work surface in cinnamon sugar, add a layer of puff pastry, repeat, add your last layer of puff pastry and add more cinnamon sugar. Roll it it out thin. Fold the sides into each until they meet and then fold them in half. Cut them into 1/2 in pieces. Add onto parchment paper lined tray & sprinkle with more cinnamon sugar. Bake at 350F for 25-30 mins. Allow them to cool. Add a scoop of Talenti sea salt caramel gelato in between two of your orejas & freeze for 30 mins. Melt 1 c chocolate with oil, and dip half your sandwiches add a sprinkle of flakey salt, freeze for at least 4 hours & enjoy babe! #talentigelato
