Don’t get me wrong it’s a good hotel but not the best. The customer service is not that great. I mean I was there in November with my boyfriend for his 21 birthday and it took at least an hour and more to get simple towels or even blankets customer service was really slow. Plus during the time I was there the floor above us had a water leak. How do I know this because this is when the hotel was coming by to tell us if we were having any water issues. Also, the security there is not that great. They barge into your room without any really warning (to do room check ) did not like that as well. If you’re under age at the casino area, you will be escorted out if you are under age unless you wanna go to the food court. The only thing cool about this hotel. It has a flamingo. And if you get a sweet, you get an amazing view, but there’s other amazing hotels

I booked a city view for less than $80 and had a full show of the Bellagio fountains. The hot water sucked but overall the hotel is a great stay! The day beds are totally worth it btw! ✨

The flamingo was amazing…Until we rented a cabana for our family and my husband was taking an afternoon nap and asked to leave because apparently there’s no sleeping at the pools there. So if you’re planning on spending big bucks on a cabana, so your kids have somewhere to nap during the day in between swimming, don’t waste your money, Find a new hotel.

I have frequented Vegas since 2022 and the flamingo has been my favorite hotel and casino to stay at! The rooms are nice, the casino is nice, and the vibes are right! 👌🏽
