My parents have started a lovely tradition while visiting China. Whenever they meet someone who goes out of their way to make them feel welcome, or someone they genuinely connect with, they give them one of Brian's handmade creations as a small thank-you. A few days ago, we stumbled across this little buckwheat noodle restaurant completely by chance, and the owners welcomed us like old friends from the moment we walked through the door. They were so incredibly kind and genuine that my mum and Brian knew they had to come back and thank them in person.
