I hate when people feel the need to specify between a wave and a curl, a wave is just a VERY loose curl, the thing making your hair curly is the same thing making hair wavy, it’s just a looser curl, they’re all called curl types for a reason, it’s the hair curling in on itself, therefore a wave is a type of loose curl

Whether you consider her hair Wavy or Curly she is still proving her point that water/hydration is still important when styling curly or wavy hair. It applies to both types whether you think she has either/or it doesn’t matter. Also not all curls are created equal and sometimes you will have a section that’s wavy and other times you will have pin straight. So don’t judge on this tiny section of her hair.
