@bakeandsway: Silky smooth buttercream recipe Ingredients: 1kg unsalted butter, softened 800g icing sugar 155 ml hot water 85 ml cold cream Pinch of salt 1 tbsp vanilla extract Method: 1. Beat the softened butter on high speed with the paddle attachment for about 15 minutes, until pale and fluffy. 2. Combine the icing sugar with the boiling water and mix until smooth, let it come to room temp. Slowly add the icing sugar mixture into the butter and mix on medium/high speed for 10 minutes. 3.
