people talk about this wayyy to little. Girl I totally understand, but it's also so hard . I feel it settles anxiety, stress and panic attack's I don't know if I'm alone but it really does just make the noise in your mind 10x more quieter. You're strong for this though girl... i cant imagine giving up, but also i only smoke at night medicinally to sleep. it doesnt control my life. without it i dont sleep for days. good on you for being self aware and making the decision.
