Endoscopic view before and after septoplasty with turbinoplasty shows how the nasal airway can be widened when the blockage is due to a deviated septum and enlarged turbinates. Not all snoring is caused by the nose, but chronic nasal blockage can make breathing during sleep worse. For persistent blocked nose, snoring, mouth breathing, or poor sleep quality, an ENT assessment may help identify the cause.
