When I had the 5 it had screen issues and they replaced it. Traded it in for 7 when it came out and it’s just as good as the day I got it.

Sorry that happened bro, I dont understand, I've been using foldable phones for 5 years, never once have that ever happened, I have the 6 and its performing fine after almost 3 years🤔

I dont have phone insurance, but samsung is giving you 1 year warranty, unfortunately it doesn't cover the screen ,plus if you have phone insurance I dont think it will cover the whole price of damage, you better check that

Ya that flimsy thin inner screen covered with plastic for 2k+ is insane. It’s gets damaged by a fingernail.

Same thing happened to mine after 6 weeks. Luckily Samsung replaced it for free but I was still out a phone for almost 2 weeks

I have had mine almost a year. I don't open it unless I'm in a clean environment. sand can crack it.

so I just call samsung support and they told me this is physical damage, I'm like w.t.... so I pay 2k for phone that will cracked in half by it self in 10 months by it self and they wont fix it even there is still warranty, guys I am switching to the iPhone after spending 15 years with samsung
