can someone please let me know does it consider illegal as well for someone who cake for visit visa then for sudden reason they claimed asylum and they’ve came from Canada and had no choice other than claiming asylum for safety as they really don’t want to go back and neither can they due to the trauma and pain situation they have been going through there for years even though there’s help they were too afraid due to that person can’t go back due to the trauma they have been left with from their family member even though they do there’s help but they had no option other than moving from their for peace and getting out of that situation and pain and they claimed asylum in uk does that count as same as people who came with boat
