My girlfriend from high school and her friends had their own language that they called egg talk. They would basically just put the word egg after like every vowel or something like that and they would literally have these full on conversations but all you heard was egg egg egg egg egg egg egg egg. This sounds like the same thing, but it's weird that the mom understands it.
