Hey I just got denied for my dispute which it shouldn’t so I called the bank again and it got it approved. After 22 days, countless call to my bank and to Applebees and a call to uber yeah. I finally got my money back. I got pissed off because my bank denied it when I was calling on the last call they told me they would call me with any additional information on Monday. And they never did and then when I called this morning I found out it was denied due to Applebees saying they couldn’t do the refund because they started the order and I’m like I never received the order. I cancelled it after 1 minute and 4 seconds (I accidently put in the wrong address, that’s why I cancelled it) and I sent them the cancellation from uber and the money was still taken from my account and after calling Applebees, 3 managers telling me they were going to refund me I made the last manager email me saying that they would refund me. And after I sent the bank that email I got my money back and I was more upset that the bank told me they would call me, and they never did is why I was upset as much as I was! It was more me calling them 2 times a week asking for an update. The last update they said they are still working on the dispute, they should call you later this week with a result or if they need more information. . And I called them this morning and my bank denied me due to lack of evidence and some of them were saying they got my email and some of them saying they did not receive my email so they denied me for that reason. and then I cussed out Applebees being like WTF? And made him send me an email and bam got my money back… after 22 days!!!!
