Emily I am user of retinoid almost 2 years recently I shifted the country it has 42 43 degree temperature and we are living without ac I use sunscreen daily but I feel my skin looking darker after shift does the reason behind tempature or am doing wrong some thing

I do microdermabrasion and a very light summer chemical peel monthly. 24 hours after I am back to my normal skincare routine. I do use a special moisturizer (Dieux Instant Angel) and barrier support serums for the first week after. The only thing that I put off using for seven days is my retinal. I stop using it 7 days before and 7 days after. So essentially I’m only using retinal for two weeks out of the month. I’m not sure how effective it is at that point but I like to think it’s working.

This is so important for balanced skin. Recovery after microneedling or deep chemical peels is amazingly boring so I set reminders for post care days.
