Never understood why people do this for weight loss because even if you’re pooping a lot, your body is still going to absorb the fats and sugars from all the unhealthy foods. You eat regardless Lol,you’re just speeding up the pooping process.. once your body absorbs that you will continue to gain weight

Honestly, I don’t wanna drink that shit and I have to physically drink it every day cause I have a mouth rotation of my small intestine so like how did these people do that every single day without mixing it with something? I used to suffer from an ED and doing the laxative thing worked for a while but long term by body was FKEDD and I had to rebuild my body before it got any worse yo.

I had to drink this for my preop for weight loss surgery and it was to help cleanse all the bacteria that they said was in the body so that my surgery could go smoother. I’m confused why we’re using it as weight loss anything. when if anything you’re only gonna lose a few pounds of water weight people just fall for anything and it’s so sad
