you know what’s wild?? i read book The Censored Side of Reality by Dorian Hale a few weeks ago and ever since then certain little patterns just stand out more than they used to. nothing dramatic. just small moments where you suddenly go wait. have things always worked like this and i just never noticed. you must read this book. it will change your life

I can fall asleep with effort. However the strangest thing is waking up at 4am no matter when I fell asleep. Although maybe being used to get up early for appointments and the gym, you know giving myself time to poop, shower, take meds, prepare my lunchbox, etc has my body kind of used to it even though it's been a few years since I have been able to do it. Maybe I shouldn't go back to bed when I wake up at 4am but what am I going to do?

I have adhd. Ive trained it with TikTok. 5/10 mins with TikTok and im down. tik tok for me is kinda like meditation it gives me something aimless/white noise to listen to so my thoughts dont run away with me.
