I got one for you. my theory on blood memory. so my theory is this: when people "remember" past lives. they aren't actually "remembering" a past life. they are remembering their ancestors lives and what they experienced, stay with me here. because science shows water carries memory right. and we also know we are made of water. we also know that we are born with all the eggs we will need for our whole lives. that means our mothers were born with us already. so in knowing this. maybe we remember dna memory and it's not actually our 'past lives' it's our ancestors memories and we just get to access them sometimes. reason I think this is because I am a super vivid dreamer and have dreamt of 'past lives' in detail. then I also got a DNA test and started tracing where my ancestors travelled through and migration right. and some of the places where my ancestors travelled through is where my 'past life'dream was. even the time period matched what I found through DNA testing.

Wow. 🤯 This actually makes a lot of sense. I have always been hyper aware of the toxic traits I didn't want to pass down and ultimately chose not to have children because I never wanted another child to feel the way I did growing up. I've called it different things over the years but that's it.

Sit with your mother and your grandmother and learn about the relationship between your grandfather/grandmother your great grandmother/great grandfather….just sit and listen you will see the patterns that are repeating and it will give you a sense of what to fix. That’s what I did.

This is called family constellations. When trauma is passed down generationally until somebody breaks it. I have done a group session on family constellations and when I tell you it is beyond eye opening - it is something to really look into!!

I was never apologized to by the adults in my life who didn't know how to regulate their emotions. today I try catch myself when I'm overwhelmed, and I always make sure I apologize to my children. a lot of us are breaking those patterns by doing the small things. small things can leave big impacts
