Hiiiiiii This is a real body and a real transformation. Around 15-17 pounds lost (more to come) within 4 months. I DID THAT. Little progress is STILL progress. I’ve been called big, ugly, fat, and genuinely allllll of the names you can think of by people I do know and people I don’t know. Quite frankly, these terrible words were used by people I wouldn’t never want to switch lives with… I’ve been on my grind. In school (4.0 gpa AND awarded for my “consistency and excellence”) in work, in the gym (15-17lbs lost and more to go) and in my social life. My life is good. I have an amazing support system. I am grateful for the life that I am so blessed to live. This is your reminder that baby steps are still steps and that small progress is still progress. Do NOT give up on yourself just because people are hating. Prove to them and most importantly, yourself, that you are capable of hard things. YOU GOT THIS. Being from a small city, I know word travels quickly. So to the people who used to put me down, hi, hello, hope you’re well and I hope you enjoy this transformation as much as I do !!!! Mind you, this is just the beginning. Xoxo 😊😊😊💗💗💗
