Unfortunately, our human actions contributes to this menace every year. We really have to adopt a culture of cleanliness and keep our environments clean. Only can we see an improvement in this situation. Our attitude must change in a positive way. You see people throwing rubbish into the gutters whenever it rains. Like how do we turn around to blame the government for the mess we created?😔💔😩😩😩
