For this reset, we cleaned all of our gear and re-waterproofed it, if necessary, because who wants to get soaked while camping? ⭐️Here are the steps we followed: Rain Jackets ☔️ — Wash with a technical cleaner in the washing machine — Reapply DWR with a wash-in or spray-on waterproofer, if needed — Tumble dry on low-medium heat to reactivate water repellency Tent 🏕️ — Soak and gently wash the tent in cold water with a technical cleaner OR — Pitch the tent and hose/wipe it down — Air dry completely — Reapply waterproofing spray Down Sleeping Bag & Puffers ☁️ — Wash in cold water with a down cleaner — Squeeze water out gently, but don't twist or wring — Tumble dry on low heat with dryer balls or tennis balls until fully dry Water Bladders 💧 — Put them in the freezer after every use to prevent mold!
