Can you get a food sensitivity later in life? I literally eat the same thing every day, so no variables. And every few months I get GI issues. No real trigger. Maybe I’m not getting certain vitamins or I’m dehydrated. Not sure.

Glad to hear you are doing better. I had E Coli about 2 years ago and it gave me similar issues including brain fog. It got better with time as I took care of my food.

You mentioned once that you used to sell courses and see clients. So are you not doing that anymore and do you just rely on brand deals for income? And how do you go about getting brand deals?💗

I’m curious to know if you were also anemic? Many of those things are tied into it more so than we think.

This is so interesting cause when I had candida I had to cut out all meat cause it was so hard on my gut but the day (I’m not even kidding) I started the candida and sibo diet it was like a switch flipped for me! And now I’m feeling lost again but so excited to be taking holistic nutrition soon!!
