@gauthier_outters: What really matters in player development is not just winning tournaments as a coach or a team. What truly matters is the journey — the hard work, consistency, discipline, and growth over a long period of time that eventually lead to success. But success is never achieved alone. Developing the individual shapes great players. And when you have a team full of individuals who improve every single day, you begin to create something even greater: a united team with belief, purpose, and belonging. The biggest lesson is helping players understand that team success must always come before individual success. Because when the team succeeds together, individual recognition naturally follows. This tournament was proof of that. We won the trophy as a team. We had the best player. We had the top scorer. And all of it happened because of the power of WE. It has also been a great pleasure working with these players over the last 3–4 years — not only helping shape them as footballers, but also as young people. Watching their growth on and off the pitch has been one of the most rewarding parts of this journey. Proud of every player, every sacrifice, and every step that brought us here. #wearegambinos #coach #development
