So yummy & easy to make! 🤎Recipe below👇🏼 💌 Ingredients: Churros: * 220 ml water * 3 tbsp sugar * ½ tsp salt * 55 g unsalted butter * 160 g flour * 2 eggs * 1 tsp vanilla extract * Oil for frying * Extra sugar (and optional cinnamon) for coating Chocolate sauce: * 100 g chocolate (dark or milk) * 100 ml double cream 💌 Instructions 1. In a saucepan, combine the water, sugar, salt, and butter. Bring to a boil over medium heat. 2. Remove from heat, add all the flour at once, and stir quickly until it forms a smooth dough that pulls away from the sides. 3. Let the dough cool slightly (about 5 minutes), then add the vanilla and beat in the eggs one at a time until smooth and pipeable. 4. Transfer dough to a piping bag fitted with a large star tip. Pipe heart shapes onto small squares of baking paper. 5. Carefully lower each heart (with the paper) into hot oil. After a few seconds, peel the paper off with tongs. Fry until golden and crisp. 6.
