She graduated the School of Performing Arts Seoul (SOPA) on February 9, 2023. She is fluent in English as she studied in an English school back when she was in kindergarten. She also subsequently obtained good grades.Wonyoung was recruited by a Starship Entertainment staff on the way to a ceremony at her sister's school.
