I’m traveling most of east Asia this year because it seems to be more stroller friendly, but South/southeast Asia (ESPECIALLY INDIA) is on my list for next year after our toddler is a bit bigger and I genuinely think it will be my favorite country to see in all of Asia :)

In third grade I had a best friend from Nepal named Bibbuti (Idk how to spell it, but it was pronounced bi-boo-tee) and my family made fun of her name and it made me so upset. I always thought it was beautiful. It was so interesting hearing her talk about her culture.

India is a dream travel location. I know tha sounds super touristy and shallow but truly—the colors, the culture, the dance, the food, the ARCHITECTURE (and not just the Taj Mahal), the many languages and regions too. Such an interesting place, and a dream travel location. They don’t call it a subcontinent for nothing, it’s huge and has so much to offer.
