Why am l crying ? I have been working in health and social care for over 21yrs, 8 in nursing and rest in social care. I love and live for dementia care , it’s all I know .. this is so precious, my tears won’t stop 🥺..

My husband & I used to take my MIL to special screenings. She had a wonderful time. Singing in the rain was one of them. Hope he enjoyed it 💚🤗💚
