it could be motor mounts , they secure engine to frame and without them your engine shakes!

motor mounts. they're like rubber stands. they crack & fall apart sometimes. some are easier than others to get to. replace the easy ones then test it. if it's better, replace the rest too

I second the motor mount but also look into the mass airflow sensor (it's a common Toyota problem)
