RECIPE Ingredients -1 frozen banana -1 tbs flaxseed -1 tbs cacao -1 tbs coconut yoghurt -1 tsp tahini -1 tbs silken tofu -250ml of any plant based milk Method -Add all your ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. -Add some ice into a glass,pour & sip.
