Wait just one dude alone? I worked as a nurse in the mental hospital and sometimes there were situations in which male nurses had to do sth like this with a female patient or the other way around but usually there had to be another nurse to check that nothing happens. They werent even allowed to be inside a closed room alone with a patient so this is wild
